It is the Healthcare Agency's service you can access when you need information and support or when you want to file a complaint or report a problem.
The URP must:
- Offer information on healthcare services' access modalities, hours and facilities
- Offer information and forms to access the Healthcare Agency's administrative and medical documents
- Help you to schedule appointments
- Put you into contact with the Healthcare Agency's administrative and medical services
- Receive and deal with complaints and feedbacks
- Provide informative material on healthcare services and projects
