What rights to health care
The type of assistance you are entitled to based on your condition is clarified below.
- Are you a holder or applicant for international protection, i.e. have you been granted refugee status or have you applied for political asylum?
- Do you have a residence permit for special cases (social protection, victims of domestic violence, labor exploitation, other special cases)?
- Have you not yet applied for political asylum and do you have no other regular qualification for entry and stay?
- Are you an Unaccompanied Foreign Minor?
- Are you pregnant?
